To meet the growing needs of qualified and skilled employees in our technical professions, the Gérard Perrier Industrie Group has created its own school.
Aimed at both our employees and people in professional retraining, the main goal of our school is to create and develop the skills needed. The training courses make it possible to integrate new resources and strengthen the skills and versatility of our employees.
There are three academies in EFGPI :
- The Academy of Nuclear and Applied Technics (ANTA) created in 2009 by ARDATEM for professionals in the nuclear sector. The objective is to train Automation & Electrical Technicians in a nuclear environment…
- The Management Academy to train Group employees as Business Managers, Electrical Supervisors and Project Managers to face the challenges and problems related to their profession (HR, contracts, management, sales, etc.). A dozen promotions have been formed since the launch in 2017.
- The Academy of Electrical Engineering Professions, recently created, aims to train construction Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians… At the end of the training program, the apprentices join the teams of our subsidiaries.
Main challenges : recruit new talents and strengthen the versatility of our coworkers and their skills.
