About the Role
We are seeking a Mantis Administrator and Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role involves administering and managing Mantis tools, providing user support, coordinating minor tool adaptations, and ensuring data quality.
Administration and Management of Mantis Tools
-Managing users and roles (creation, updates, and deactivation of accounts).
-Administering Mantis tools (OPM, UKDC, UK-ICM, etc.).
Coordination and Development of Tool Adaptations
-Identifying, addressing, and correcting issues (bugs).
-Analyzing development requests, specifying requirements, testing, deploying, and monitoring functionalities developed by the Mantis teams.
Continuous Improvement
-Enhancing the quality of data in databases.
-Managing routines for data correction and cleaning.
User Support
-Assisting users, including managing the generic admin mailbox.
-Supporting teams with bulk data processing (extraction, post-processing, and injection).
Analysis and Reporting
-Analyzing data using Excel.
-Developing KPIs with tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Communication and Collaboration
-Interacting with project teams, users, and internal stakeholders (France, United Kingdom, Germany).
