Future collaboration

We are looking for an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer to contribute to the Nuclear I&C Design for Building Services. This role will involve working with various systems, including Ventilation, Mechanical, Fluids, and Fire Protection.

The primary responsibilities will include optimizing the I&C design by integrating all Supplier Deviation requests in coordination with the CAD Team, delivering designs in 1D, 2D, and 3D formats. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for creating or updating I&C design deliverables, such as Junction Box designs, EP Box designs, Functional Analysis, System Architecture, Technical Specifications, Loop Diagrams, and Cabling Diagrams.
Prerequisites for Success

Candidates must have experience in I&C design within the nuclear sector and a thorough understanding of IEC 61513 standards. Familiarity with ISO S5.1 is also essential, along with proficiency in P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and expertise in functional analysis. Furthermore, candidates should possess the ability to create cabling diagrams and loop diagrams, as well as strong instrumentation skills.

A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a relevant field is required.

Fluency in both French and English is necessary, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

This position is located at the ITER site, requiring 2 to 3 days on-site attendance each week.
